only one critique, the last photo needs a little more space at the right.

As a collage, I think uniform cropping would improve the presentation.

i really love the way you set up the lights on the water. the water looks amazing.

Well, water drops aren't really my cup of tea, since I find the subject pretty cliché and unless there's a deeper concept behind the shots that is adding something to the photos besides the obvious clarity of the drops, it's generally not something I find intersting at all.
Technically these are pretty good, even with the noise and the uneven compositions. I think for a collage like this it would've been ideal to have all 3 shots completely symmetrical to each other except for the drops, especially since it's the technical aspects of the photos that are supposed to grab people's attention.
Even though the colors are pretty, they have been seen in a million water drop shots before this one and a bit of play with artificial light might've improved this.
Generally, I can agree that it's a pretty collage, but the obviousness of the photos, the lack of concept and the fact that they're not technically perfect unfortunately reduce it to something quite mediocre even in the world of water drop shots, in my humble opinion.

Great job....

@ everyone else: tks so much for all the coments and votes,
the reason the secd and trd photos are not even size is because i wanted to make the first one the main photo, i choose a smaller size for the others because they where ment just as a add-on, a folow up sequence. i guess i shoud have done them even smaller or the size.
as for the blur and not centered trd photo well it's just a shame about those.
